CMHC Connect is a centralized digital portal that streamlines access to housing-related tools and services. As part of the Home Buyers Transformation (HBT) team within the Operations Pod, I focused on enhancing Admin Tools for underwriters and administrators, improving access controls, permissions, and system navigation across integrated housing products.
